I've just figured out how to get Voltstats to work, goto your Vehicle info under Your Account and click on update. I just did that and suddenly all of my status is current. I haven't had an update since 10/19, clicking on the Update button fixed it.

The problem remains with VoltStats even after the connection to OnStar is fixed. It lost a lot of outstanding data between 10/19/2017 and last night. All my fantastic records are gone. My mileage between tank load froze at 10/19 and restarted from zero even though I haven't consumed any gasoline until my FMM kicked in after 6,000 more miles and that would have put me at number 3 spot in the hall of fame. I boosted my MPG cs during the FMM, and had also traveled 450 EV miles in a single day, and it isn't posted. Data was lost.

The mileage data is available from OnStar though. I can pull them myself from the Secure.MyVolt website. VoltStats has just to pull them out from the day the connection is lost to to date, but that is time consuming.

I have regained my Achievements on Voltstats and they are up to date.I didn't do anything. I think Onstar kept all the data during the outage. Sometimes it takes more than 2 pollings by Voltstats.
If your Achievements don't come back in a week I would try the Authenticate process in Voltstats.

Thanks for the tip. I can see my current lifetime EV mileage, but there is a gap in data from Oct. 2017 to Dec.

My Volt was a new 2017 delivered in July of 2016. I have an email sent to me back in August 2016 from Volt Stats stating there was an error authenticating. That email contains links to login to my account to Reauthenticate. I try to do that every few months and it always fails. Just did it again and have pasted the results below:

"Internal Server Error
The authorization server encountered an unexpected condition that prevented it from fulfilling the request. Subsequent requests may succeed."

My requests never succeed!??
