Get way too much static on some, but not all, AM radio stations. It's especially noticeable on WJR in Detroit even though it has a very strong (50,000 watt) broadcasting signal. Electrical lines nearby make it worse. My other car and my wife's car do not exhibit this.

Anyone else notice this?

Interesting... I have a 2017 Premier Volt and it does the EXACT same thing. At least this gives me hope. So, sounds like a "grounding" issue.

Mine does the same thing (Premier 2017) and get even MUCH worse when the A/C is on. I'll examine the grounding article listed above. If anyone has any other suggestions or experienced the same thing please let us know.
