I have created several polls over the last couple of months to try to get a sense of status of OnStar issues EV miles data (and related) issues. This is a way to get a sense of whether it's "just me" or whether it might be predominantly one generation of volt or another, or something more complicated.

This new poll is intended to try to get an update, since in the last few days there have been indications, at least for some drivers, of the issues clearing up. However, it is hard to know how widespread this is, so taking a poll.

Just received this while trying to access out on-star account and look at plan info. We have had ongoing issues with VoltStats losing our OnStar connection. They are not a star in my mind unless you are talking 1 out 5 star rating :)

"We're sorry! We seem to be having some technical difficulties. Please try again later or call 1.888.4.ONSTAR to speak with an Advisor."
Hi Scottf200, did you vote in the poll? The only three votes cast so far all indicate their issues are clearing up. From your comments, it doesn't sound like you are able to access the OnStar information.
The msg I got was confusing as I went back to another area on the site and it worked. OnStar has frustrated me and many over the years. I used to try and user their data on their volt site but then there were problems and they didn't seem to care about it being accurate or fixing things. I then stopped defending them.

** 2016 Volt still under OnStar coverage from purchase: Communication worked. Was able to look at most areas and able to send lock command. Was *not* able to look at efficiency info. Results: "Unable to update efficiency information. Try again?" I was *not* initially able to adjust my charging schedule. Retry failed several times. Both volts are parked next to each other and both lock commands worked.
** 2011 Volt not under OnStar coverage from purchase: Communication worked. Was able send lock command. Was able to look at efficiency info. I was *not* initially able to adjust my charging schedule. Made it to the very end of the multi-step process and then "We're sorry, but we were unable to connect with your Volt to update your Charge Mode setting." The "retry" option did work.

OnStar and GM is so unreliable!On our 2016 Volt the Onstar interface doesn't even show current 7 day charging. I even initiated charging from that interface yesterday (1/20) !! NOTE that the 19th or the 20th is not show today (21st)

On our 2011 Volt it shows some data in the past 30 days BUT this is what it shows for the last 7 days! AND I even initiated charging from that interface for this Volt as well yesterday (1/20)
