I dont look at voltstat much anymore but after reading others complain on other posts over the last 2 or so weeks I checked my stats and yep my volt had to be reconnected to on star. But I could not connect to onstar as their web site once logged into would not complete the process. Then out of the blue I got an email from on star suggesting I retry the resync from on voltstat to on star and walla it worked. So yes they seem to be having issues over the last few weeks and now my volt gen 1 was reconnected last time I checked some days ago and when that email came from on star folks.

I have created several polls over the last couple of months to try to get a sense of status of OnStar issues EV miles data (and related) issues. This is a way to get a sense of whether it's "just me" or whether it might be predominantly one generation of volt or another, or something more complicated.
This new poll is intended to try to get an update, since in the last few days there have been indications, at least for some drivers, of the issues clearing up. However, it is hard to know how widespread this is, so taking a poll.
