Fob Unlock, Door Button Unlock, Manual Unlock? None of these working???
The amber lights are indicating that the car is receiving the unlock signal from the fob. Unless they are flashing all the time, then your hazard button is pressed.

If it really doesn't unlock, try pressing and holding the unlock button on the fob to see if the windows roll down. Then you can pull on the inside door handle twice to open that door. I'm not sure if there is an unlock button on the inside of the gen2, but my Gen1 has a button on the center console near the passenger side that would power unlock.

One guess is maybe the fuse on the power locks has blown, but we need more info as requested by Tsquare.

My 2016 Chevy Volt won't unlock. There are some amber lights flashing next to the headlights. Does anyone have any idea what's happening?
Trolling, anyone?

There is a button on the outside door handle.....

Also:
For remote operating windows,
pressing and holding [unlock] will open all
of the vehicle's windows. See Power
Windows P 46. This feature can be
enabled through vehicle
personalization. See Vehicle
Personalization P 139; 2016 Volt Owners manual.
