My 2016 Volt has Michellin tires. I bought it used. Are these tires standard equipment on a Volt Premier? Are they good tires?

I think they're great tires. The same Energy Saver A/S that my 16 Volt came with also came on my 13 Volt. I have 45k miles on those and they're barely half worn. They're quiet, LRR, and last a long time. My kid did take one of the Leaf tires out on a curb, but it would have ruined the sidewall in any tire. Don't listen to people say they get flats- road hazard will take out any brand tire- and curbs are ALWAYS user error.

Chevy switched from Goodyears--always a subject of complaint--to Michelin for Gen 2. I am happy with them.

Traded the '15 (Goodyears) in on a '17 (Michelins) and drove it home last night. Michelins are noticeably quieter than the Goodyears. Thank goodness--On "chip and seal" pavement, I could hardly hear the radio at normal volume because of the tire noise!
