I have this issue on my 2016 Volt. Car was crashed when I bought it, I replaced right headlight (part was used but OEM)

• Right high beam is projected to low despite that low beams are adjusted.
• The lower screw changes height of the both beams (high and low beams) at the same time. So if I shift high beam higher up lower beam goes up too.
• Upper screw does nothing (not only for the right headlight but this screw on the left headlight does also noting)
So is any chance I can adjust it?

The only way to adjust the aim of the high beam is by adjusting the bulb separately from the low beam is by rotating the bulb in the housing in the hope that it somewhere aligns with the projection code in a more pleasing fashion. Every make and model of appropriate bulb is slightly different. The "moves both" adjustment screw is adjusting the position of the "low beam" shutter in it's closed/low position and that should be below the eyeline of oncoming drivers.

Nobody likes this system, but it's what we've got.

Got it, I will try it.
But what the second screw is for?
I mean this one:

it just does nothing.

No idea. I only know that moving the bulb moves the focus point, and the screw that does something is adjusting the shutter position, not the bulb. As far as I know, there ISN'T a way to adjust the entire projector aim. Which is why your recourse is to rotate the bulb until it's as close to what you want as you get and call it job done.
