Car heater is not work and it was replaced under warranty but still not working. Went to another dealer and they are saying the same issue. Plus I am getting only 25 miles per full charge. View attachment 175961

Please tell us exactly what was replaced. Look on your receipt.

Heater coolant pump. It says installed 13597899 :SL -*-N-pump (08866-ck) replace heater coolant pump, purged air from system and topped off coolant.

what does the power meter read when you first engage the heater? Does it spike up to ~7kW and then quickly drop off? Or no spike at all?

Do you get heat when running the engine? Does the blower fan work?
