OK, so I'm driving my 2015 1st gen Volt with 176K-miles on it and I check the instrument cluster behind the steering wheel. Do you notice something missing?

170770

The trip mileage / tire gauge / info / warning section of the screen has vanished!

However, that segment of the screen still functions to display battery charging information and drive mode info.

Not sure I want to pay $1K to get this fixed; anybody seen something like this before? I scanned the forum and all I found were references to dead/flaky displays, not a selective data blackout.

Your guidance/help/suggestions would be most appreciated!

Press the select button to the left of the steering wheel to restore it.
Clicking the back button there removed it.

I had the same thing happen in our Bolt. Had to use the DIC down arrow control with two click to get my TPM back on screen.

Ya really have to spend some time clicking around and pressing buttons to learn these displays.. what's logical and intuitive to an engineer isn't always to us..
