We had an Ice storm in Texas.
Each time we have an Ice Storm, some thing weird happens with my 2015 Volt.

All of these happened in February:
2020 - charging system failed
2021 - broke a radiator avoiding iced up freeways and traveling down dirt roads
2022 - could not replace Lithium battery in February because of Ice storm
May -- Replaced Lithium battery
2023 - Power Gauge on Driver Information console is blank.
Power Flow in the entertainment center seems to work OK.

Went driving yesterday the temps had risen above freezing. At first everything was OK.
Gas engine ran, since it was cold. A few minutes into the drive the Power Gauge went went blank.
All other features of the display worked.
The display continued functioning the same way the rest of the day.

This after noon, I'll drive again. I'll add to this note the status.

Solution:
Once the temperature rose above 50 degrees,
I pressed the the display control button, and twisted it,
The the Power Gauge reappeared as before.
It has been working since, but temperatures in Texas have remained above freezing so far.
