I had to take my ELR in shortly after buying it and they did this upgrade Seems like it was in the system and they are just now getting around to notifying end users, of which there are not that many. LOL

I swear this dealer I'm with is nutz. I have gotten at least 8 different emails from 3 different real people and some from OnStar about the exact same issue. Apparently, they have no way to check if someone or some system already communicated with me or if I already have an appointment for the issue. If I call them, I get voicemail more than half the time. Sheesh.
