I bought a 2014 Certified Pre-Owner with 9500 miles, I had it for almost 2 weeks, drove 300 miles. This morning I got these messages:

Service StabiliTrak
Service Brake Assist

Also the ABS light and Check Engine light are on, I don't think those were on yesterday.

I still have warranty so I will go to the dealer to get it checked out.

Did anyone have these issues? how serious is it? how likely it is to come back after the dealer repairs it?

I had this happen once during snowageddon. I was driving down my 1400 foot driveway flooring it the entire way through about 14 inches of snow with traction control on the whole time. When I got to the end of the driveway and to the street that service stabilitrack message popped up. The check engine light was on, but it all turned off after my trip home. In my case, I suspect the continued traction control for a really long time tricked the system into thinking something was internally wrong when in fact it was external conditions that caused it. I called onstar, and they offered to setup an appointment, but I ignored it since the message never happened again.

So were you driving through heavy snow or drifting in sand or gravel or anything like that?

I recently had those lights and messages on. In my case, it was a metal stuck in wheel speed sensor. There are some threads about the Service StabiliTrak, Service Brake Assist message, and most of them are related to wheel speed sensor. If you also have symptoms that you have to push brake padal really hard to stop the vehicle, then it maybe a serious issue (search forum). If you don't have that symtom, then I would think it is just a wheel speed sensor failing or some to do with wheel speed sensor which is nothing serious.

I took the car to the local Chevy dealer today. They said some animal, possibly Squirrel, chewed on the ABS wire harness. Not covered by warranty. $320+tax. I had the car for exactly 14 days, 300 miles. Not a good start... LOL. I had Civics, Odyssey, CX-5 and I did not have this problems so far in 10 years of living here. There are indeed Squirrels, Chipmunks and Rabbits around here. Oh well... let's see how the car works now (I pick it up tomorrow) and if I can keep the rodents away.
