It is only mandatory to have a tow hook if it is for European transport, as it is the law in europe
2014 Volt with a fake Tow Hook cover?
was wondering why my car came without a towing eye bolt... popped the tow-hook cover off my bumper (photo representative only, not my car) and there is no threaded hole behind it, only Styrofoam? GM you suck
