Got in my Volt and could hardly hear the radio, turned it up to 45, still very little volume. I turned the radio off and on then the car off and on neither seemed to make a difference.
Has anyone else had this problem or any ideas?

None. Never heard that one.

Problem may be related to your phone. During calls radio volume is muted. Use the end call button to mute or unmute when NOT on a call. Check the infotainment manual for more (muddled) info.

In the menu system, there is an option to reset the infotainment system. Worth a try. The path to find it is:

Center stack>Config button>Radio Settings>Software Versions Menu>Clear and Reset Radio

Phone not connected, always on xm.
Got in the next morning and the radio volume was back to normal. The little gingle you hear when the power button is pushed was very loud, it's always been pretty low key but radio was back to normal. Strange

Think I will try the reset option Barry noted. Will let you know if anything changes.
