I would ask Best Hybrid Batteries (or any outfit) what is really done to "refurb" the pack, or if you're effectively buying a used pack that's been inspected.
If they're effectively used batteries, you can find used battery packs from salvage yards or eBay for much less (around $3000 shipped last I checked).
