How do I go about removing the rear center console in my 2013 volt?

Page 4-3 of your owners manual says, "To remove the armrest storage bin, push the button [lower front edge] and lift the armrest storage bin up. Move the armrest storage bin forward to release it from the rear bracket." It even has pictures.

After you remove the armrest, there are 3 torx screws that hold it down, Then, as you lift, you have to unplug the power for the 12v accessory port.
