For the last few weeks, when I touch the Phone app icon, the phone image spins around but the app does not open. My phone shows that it's connected to the car via bluetooth, but when I make a call from the phone, there's no connectivity to the car's audio system and I just have to use the phone's speaker/mic.

If I go into Config>Phone I can see my current phone, and my old phone listed, but if I click on Delete for either phone, the screen turns grey but after backing out a menu, the phones are still displayed.

If I turn off bluetooth on my phone, the Phone app doesn't open either so I don't think it's got anything to do with my phone. I had no problem using my current phone with the car's Bluetooth integration for a year. Has anybody else ever had this problem in a 2013? Is there any way to do some kind of reset on the center stack console?

I periodically have issues with my android phone staying truly connected to my '13. It shows it's connected but no audio gets pushed through to the head unit. Usually it's media rather than phone. The way I've been able to fix it is to completely remove the phone by deleting it from the volt. Sometimes this takes a few tries as I get a "bluetooth busy" error. I also have to go into the phone settings for system apps and clear the app data and cache for the bluetooth service then re-pair the device. Make sure phone audio and media audio are checked. In order to truly reset and remove the phones that have been paired you might have to turn the paired devices off and wait a couple minutes for the car to realize they are no longer "visible".

You may be able to reset that from within the menus here:
Center stack>Config button>Radio Settings>Software Versions Menu>Clear and Reset Radio

I would also delete the pairing from within the phone and start over there as well.

Thanks for all of the suggestions. I tried:
Unpairing my phone and repairing- but I could not pair the phone back up.
Unplugged F9 fuse and plugged back in, no change.
Did the Clear and Reset Radio- bingo! It allowed me to pair my phone and now all seems well.

Thanks, all.
