2013 Heater May Have Died

Heat was working fine then suddenly the fan cranked WAY up an nothing but cold air. I haven’t been able to get heat out of the car since then. Anyone have any suggestions? Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot beyond checking fuses?

Mine would do that before new firmware, did you get new firmware yet?
