2013 Click from axle when starting and stopping
clicking when starting or stopping
There is a GM TSB regarding this issue. Many have suggested changing the thrust washer, the axle nut for a larger diameter, retorquing, or changing the entire axle.

Bulletin No.: 19-NA-103 Date: May, 2019
basically states remove the thrust washers causing clicking and discard. Do not replace with new washers. Check the ABS sensors for damage And replace if required. Reassemble Using a new axle nut. The torque procedure is not specified but the original final torque is 185ft lbs.
