Anyone know how to fix a blank odo screen? My dash screen went blank. I did not like GM's prices so I got one off eBay. Got it working but now the odo is reading "------". The correct mileage is in the BCM. I can get a friend to hook a scanner up and put my vin# in the new dash, but I'm getting mixed answers if that will fix the issue. Anyone know if that will fix the issues or do I need to find a programmer to reprogram the used dash?

The screen and dash and radio have to be reset on a dealer's computer setup in order for all the buttons and screen readouts to work. If you change any component, it ceases to function until reset.
