So I recently purchased a 2012 Chevy Volt! I love it!!

I have a few things I would like to take care of.

1st the Volume knob and Radio station selection knob do not respond when turning them. You can push them in and they work just not when you turn them.

This was or is not a big issue as the steering wheel volume works and the Seek buttons work for radio but I would like to get them fixed at some point.

is this something anyone has run into?

Dafair, I don't think I've seen that come up here. You can/should use the forum search feature to see.

I can't speak to Chevy's behavior here, but for my VW/Audi vehicles, there was a long standing repair option where the dealer would sell refurbished units in exchange for your broken one. The refurb quality was excellent and price was reasonable. Helpful for the DIYer.

Obviously for the Volt and integrated Infotainment system, you'll either need to pay the dealer (or someone) to pull the unit and replace it, or else do it yourself and learn if there is any programming necessary for the replacement unit.
