Hello everyone,
I'm having issues with my AAT Sensor or IAT sensor? I have had the car since September 2021 it's been a good while, but recently after a small accident where the front well makeshift spare tire fell off I had it taken to a collision center they fixed it, and then whenever I was able to finally pay it it came back with a MAF light this was about January, of course being broke at the time I waited about 3 months I know that is bad, but I got it replaced first one was defective, and the second one was fine but I still had the code, I recently had replaced the ambient air temp sensor based on what I could find on here about it, now to the main issue

so after the AAT or IAT sensor was replaced, it still gave me the light for the sensor, and when it's fully charged on battery it will act fine to it drained at which point it will try to start it for about 2 seconds and then it continues to run on battery mode til I drain it completely, I have tried putting it in mountain mode but that doesn't do anything, but if I clear the codes or unplug replug the negative terminal it will work like its supposed to until it's fully charged again wellllll apperently as I'm writing this it decided to try to cut to engine immediately but then stalled itself, after I gave it a little rest, after the third turning over, I go to a gas station after work and turn it off, and works fine but I guess after getting home and a little rest it decides to do that
The first 8 photos is the codes I get before I clear the codes and the 2 photos after the first 8 is the ones I get after clearing

Clear your codes. Charge up the HV battery full. Drive in EV mode for 10 miles or so, then select mountain mode. Will the car switch to mountain mode and run properly while maintaining that 3-4 bars of battery range on the guessometer? Your case sounds somewhat similar to the one several threads below. What is the condition of your 12V battery (it’s in the back under the floor)? Weak 12V batteries can cause issues.

Interesting, okay I had bought the 12v battery about 2ish months ago, I got a AGM like you're supposed too, it was a duralast I will check it though to make sure

unsure what this is trying to convey...

also unclear whether you replace AAT, IAT or MAF?
Mebbe wiring?

As far as the manual is concerned the IAT sensor is integrated into the MAF and it sounds like that's a unit replacement...

Sorry I was explaining background of the car leave no stone unturned, but I have replaced the AAT, and the MAF since I couldn't find anywhere about the location of the IAT

So I ended up doing what you said, and it turned the engine over after about 5-15 seconds after it was switched to mountain mode and it was running fine, im gonna go to autozone after work tonight and get the battery tested to be sure

Check the wiring on the intake. I’ve heard it can break off very close to the connector body, which can be repaired with a replacement pigtail connector.
