Condition: Difficulty manually adjusting the seat height and/or seat stuck in highest/lowest position
Cause: Ratcheting height adjustment mechanism being jammed (undamaged)
Correction: Follow un-jambing sequence and reassess as per bulletin procedure, if condition still present replace seat frame assembly
