CONDITION/S:
Complaint of the following conditions:
- "Steering Assist Reduced" message displayed on Driver Information Center and/or DTC C0460 5A set
- Steering "feel" appears to degrade while driving
- Steering wheel does not properly return to center after turns
POTENTIAL CAUSE: Steering Angle Sensor calibration may create improper "center" learn
REPAIR: Update the software calibration for the Power Steering Control Module (PSCM) then perform relearn of steering position sensor centering
