    Per the manual, at some cold temperature, the Bolt won't start. Does anyone know what that ambient cold temperature is? (I believe the Bolt will eventually allow you to start it once it's plugged in and the battery heated.)

  3. Generation 1 Chevy Volt (2011-2015)
    On page 71 of the December 2014 issue of CR, it is reported the there is a TSB bulletin for all Volts for failure to start in cold weather due to a high-voltage battery problem. I have looked for any reference to this, and cannot find anything. Does anyone know about this TSB?
