Recently I noticed on my 2013 Chevy Volt a blister, or perhaps a slit type opening. It is as if someone took a knife and cut the plastic, but I suppose a very hot knife. I think the inside of the hood got really hot and a minor explosion took place where the blister opened up, expelled hot air...
