And if these are the bits... you can go buy the correct security bits for them... Think Lowes or home depot sells them, if not... Granger.Does it look like this(sorry for the size):

Usually though, a flat head screwdriver will fit nicely in there, and since there in plastic... utually not that tight.
Tamper proof torx bolts... pffft. GM... you can't stop the aftermarket mod crowd, why even waste the money trying??
