Don't matter. No one can afford a vehicle like this. The real solution is totally get rid of the personal vehicles and just go mass coordinated transit. To manufacture a vehicle like this they will have to use a lot of processes that causes havoc to the environment in the first place. Admit it ,the only way to save our environment is for all the human race to seize existing.
