It does look like a shifter, you still need to do something to choose between forward and backwards and park, right?

It must be a shifter because the cupholders can be seen in the other picture that shows the whole center console. Does anyone else think there's something to be said for analog speedometers? The digital ones just don't have the same effect.

Not me, I LOVE digital speedometers over analog. I'm glad that they are using a digital display. Maybe they can have the analog as an option.

Yea that's a column shifter. Right next to it you have what seems to be the power on button and the park to the right of it. With spacing to put your hand in to shift down.

I am so exicited about this car I could hardly contain myself. This really should be a game changer for the automobile industry. I am ready to test-drive and purchase if neccessary. I hear its about $35,000, kinda expensive but I am will to cough it up and get rid of my gas guzzler. Oh, BTW, I also love the design and interior workmanship.

Waht's that thing in the bottom of the centre console in the right of the picture? Is that the shifter?
