Great article. Sad story for a whole lot of people. Thanks for the heads up on a bunch of sleeze balls.

Great writeup. Got to wonder when the feds are going to come knocking on ZAP's door, huh?
I think the whole EV industry has been injured by these guys. It's about time someone that has been injured fires off a lawsuit to make them go away. Although I wouldn't mind seeing the ZAP-X design sold off to a serious spin-off...Afterall, Lotus built the thing. I wonder who has the rights?

I am just worried about what companies like ZAP and Spark-EV will do to tarnish the name of the EV community, both companies are complete scams.

It's a concern, it really is. All you can do is spread the word. That and support the legitimate companies out there. Trouble is, when you have start-ups that look good, like Tesla, Aptera, Fisker, etc., it's hard to not want to trust them.
